Everyone knows gluten-free, vegan cake exists. Finding one that actually tastes incredible is the hard part.

I went through more failed batches than I'd like to admit — dry crumb, sad chocolate, cakes that tasted like good intentions — before landing on a formula I was genuinely proud to serve. It took many, many attempts and a lot of hours. It was worth every one of them.
